Tailgate Guys is a full-service event management company specializing in athletics hospitality. With over 50 premier partnerships in the NCAA, NFL, and MLB they are at the epicenter of game-day experiences.

They provide turn-key tailgate solutions that include tents, tables, chairs, linens, TV packages, catering, and more. From California to New York, to Miami, they’ve learned that where you find sports fans you also find plenty of room for quality service and old fashioned hospitality.

The Challenge

Tailgate Guys is experiencing explosive growth and they needed to quickly build out their national team of General Managers and hire a Vice President. Each candidate had to have startup DNA, hunter mentality, and be hospitality minded.
