Jackson Jeyanayagam is a versatile, entrepreneurial leader with a diverse background across Fortune 500 companies and startups in e-commerce, sports, CPG, tech, QSR, and beverage alcohol industries. He has vast omni-channel experience as well as extensive experience in brand and digital marketing. He excels in transformation and growth roles, thriving in environments that embrace ambiguity and speed. Jackson is passionate about building and scaling businesses and teams, fostering a culture where great leaders create and enable other great leaders.
- As Vice President and General Manager / Founder, Hey, Hei at AB InBev, he was recruited by the CEO to drive transformation across the organization. Launched Hey, Hei, a gin-based RTD beverage, achieving 400+ points of distribution and strong sales within ten months. Successfully built a 0 to 1 startup within a Fortune 200 organization.
- As Vice President and General Manager of DTC at Clorox, he managed a team of 100+ with a $100m P&L responsibility for nearly a dozen brands. Drove topline revenue growth, restructured teams and built a custom e-commerce technology stack.
- Led top-line revenue growth and brand scaling, doubling revenue to $200M+ within two years, as Chief Marketing Officer at Boxed. Managed all marketing functions, including growth, paid media, SEO, CRM, and creative.
- As Head of Digital at Chipotle, led all digital initiatives, including loyalty, content, mobile, social media, and e-commerce integration.
- In his agency experience, worked with several Fortune 500 clients including Diageo, Microsoft, P&G, Nike, 3M, NASCAR, T-Mobile, and Capital One. Developed social influencer campaigns, managed digital marketing initiatives, and provided strategic counsel on brand tone, content strategy, and social influencer engagement.
- Served on the Board of Directors for Goodwill International, Peace Direct, The UOAA and The Arts & Business Council of NYC and is also an advisor to several high-growth tech startups.
