About Vince Panozzo

Vince Panozzo is Senior Vice President at Hunt Club, where he partners with healthcare, private equity, venture capital, and enterprise clients as a strategic advisor on talent and growth. He brings over 20 years of leadership in healthcare technology to help build world-class teams, having scaled multiple companies as a revenue leader.

Prior to Hunt Club, Vince was an early employee at Strata Decision Technology, where he served as Chief Revenue Officer and helped grow the company to over 1,000 U.S. hospitals, leading it through two successful exits. He later held senior roles at Outcome Health and SwipeSense, guiding both through significant growth and successful acquisitions.

Deeply engaged in the startup ecosystem, Vince advises multiple early-stage companies, particularly within healthcare. He is also passionate about children’s causes and previously served on the board of Tuesday’s Child, an organization supporting children with behavioral and mental health challenges. Vince lives outside Chicago with his wife, Lori, and daughter, Sophie.
