About Rodolfo Elizondo

Rodolfo Elizondo is Partner and Practice Leader for Hunt Club’s CEO, COO, and General Management Practice, working with private equity-backed, public, and private companies. He specializes in P&L leadership searches across business services, consumer, tech-enabled, and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Hunt Club, Rodolfo was a Partner at True Search and had also previously spent over 6 years working on Executive Search and Leadership Advisory topics at Egon Zehnder, where he specialized in their Services, Technology, and Communications Practice groups with a particular focus on Financial Officers, P&L, and Operations Leaders.

He previously served as VP of Global Business Consulting at American Express Global Business Travel and spent over six years at Sabre Airline Solutions, where he led its consulting practice advising global airlines. Earlier, he was VP of Direct Distribution Channels at a Mexican airline, overseeing P&L and distribution strategies. He began his career with McKinsey & Co. and Grupo Posadas in strategy and commercial roles.

Rodolfo holds a B.S. in Economics from ITAM (Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México) and an MBA from UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School.
