About Jeremy Baras
Jeremy Baras is a Partner at Hunt Club, where he leads commercial and go-to-market executive search for private equity- and venture-backed companies. He places revenue and operating leaders across B2B software, DTC, infrastructure technology, and tech-enabled services, and works closely with sponsors including Vista Equity, Thoma Bravo, Apax, and Columbia Capital across their portfolios.
Since joining Hunt Club in 2021, Jeremy has consistently ranked among the firm's top-producing partners. He builds long-term relationships with investors and their talent teams well before a search begins - an apporach that has made him a repeat partner to funds across multiple portfolio companies.
Prior to joining Hunt Club, Jeremy spent many years as a commercial leader, operator, and entrepreneur. He holds a BS in Entrepreneurship from the University of Vermont and an MBA from Babson College, and is based in Chicago.
