With a deep understanding of technology, investing, and entrepreneurship, Phil has a proven track record of creating value and fostering innovation. His leadership spans across multiple high-impact roles where he has been instrumental in accelerating growth, leading mergers and acquisitions, and mentoring early-stage startups.

As Managing Partner at Workbox Ventures, Phil leads the accelerator program, startup financing relationships, and the emerging venture fund focused on the Future of Work, particularly in HR Tech, PropTech, and FinTech.
At TechNexus, as Managing Director, he helped corporations accelerate growth through venture-enabled innovation, supporting over 125 portfolio companies across various sectors.
As CEO of Interviewstream, he led the consolidation of RIVS, HireBar, and Async Interview to create the leading provider of remote job interviewing solutions, which was sold to Clovis Point.
Founded ProOnGo and built the QuickBooks-compatible expense reporting company, which was later sold to The Neat Company.
In his early Career at Microsoft, he played a pivotal role in developing multimedia experiences for embedded devices in the IoT business.
Phil holds an MBA from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Computer Science degree from Purdue.
