About Marie-Michèle

Marie-Michèle Caron is a seasoned SaaS executive with over 20 years of experience in driving strategic growth and leading international business development. Most recently, she served as the President of International Markets at Thryv, where she significantly expanded the company’s global footprint and revenue. Marie-Michèle has a proven track record of creating and executing successful partner strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction for SaaS companies.

As President of International Markets at Thryv (NASDAQ: THRY), she led a team of over 300 people globally and successfully grew their international revenue from less than 10% to over 20% of their SaaS revenue through acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and direct sales force.
Helped establish Coveo as a private company with less than $10M in ARR and played key roles in its growth to over $100M in ARR, eventually taking it public on the TSX (CVO). As the SVP of Global Partnerships and Alliances, she was instrumental in building the channel and partner ecosystem, which contributed over 75% of the company’s new revenue.
In addition to her executive experience, she has been serving on the boards of Potloc and Saltbox Management. As part of Potloc’s Compensation Committee, she helped develop a new bonus structure for Executive Committee members and oversaw key compensation adjustments. At Saltbox Management, she provided strategic direction and leadership since its inception, helping to establish strong governance and guide the company’s growth.
