Kelli has also played pivotal roles at companies like Looker, Hired, and GitHub, leading major transformations and integrations, including Looker’s acquisition by Google. Her expertise is in scaling teams, fostering a strong company culture, driving business efficiency. She is passionate about helping organizations create engaging, productive, and meaningful experiences for their employees, customers, and investors.

  • As Chief People Officer at Pendo, Kelli hired over 600 employees annually and achieved 40-50% ARR growth. Increased company eNPS from below 40 to 65 within six months, reduced voluntary attrition to below 10%., and scaled the global people team from 8 to 60 members.
  • Re-built Looker’s People team, as Chief People Officer and led pre-IPO readiness workstreams and all global talent-related aspects of the acquisition by Google, resulting in 95% acceptance of Looker offer letters.
  • As SVP of People at Hired, built the People Ops function and a new Executive Team, hiring 200 employees annually. Led Hired through a business transformation to an Enterprise SaaS subscription model, achieving 400% year-over-year growth.
  • Scaled GitHub, as VP of HR, to over 600 employees globally with 70% fully distributed. Built the People Ops strategy and team from the ground up, hiring a new executive team within 12 months.
  • As M&A Integration Lead at Google Cloud, led cross-functional people-related integration efforts for Looker’s 12-month integration plan, achieving cultural integration and alignment for multiple Cloud M&A acquisitions.
