About Brian 

Brian Fields is a seasoned revenue leader with extensive experience in SaaS, e-commerce, and marketplace development. As the Chief Revenue Officer at Mindbody + ClassPass, he oversees the global revenue function, driving growth and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. His previous roles at Groupon and Oak Point Partners have equipped him with a deep understanding of strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.

  • CRO at Mindbody + ClassPass since March 2023, leading an 800-person global revenue team across sales, customer experience, and revenue operations
  • Managed a $600 million P&L as Chief Commercial Officer at Groupon and led a global team of over 700 in sales, marketing, operations, and strategy.
  • Drove growth and strategic initiatives in various leadership positions at Groupon including VP and GM of Local and VP of Corporate Development and Strategy
  • Led operations, as COO at Oak Point Partners, a private equity-backed investment firm.
  • Evaluated and executed strategic investments and acquisitions, representing Tribune Company on the boards of NimbleTV and Metromix.
  • Holds a BA in Economics from Northwestern University and an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
